  • Single-storey house, in a cul-de-sac, on enclosed land of 600m2, with veranda, living room with fireplace/insert, fitted and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a toilet - 7 beds + extra bed - bedroom with a bed 160x200, bedroom with a double bed 90x200 and a 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed for three people.
    Independent spa with shower. Large garage of 40m2 for car, motorcycle or boat + ping-pong table - Plancha Gas. Wifi 10 min walk from the beach, shops and pine trees.
    Rates 2023-2024 with or without access to the Spa. Contact us for short stays😉 outside holidays. 2 nights minimum.
    * Rotation cleaning rate: 80 euros (applies to the disinfection of the home only (contact point, handles, switches, taps, sanitary facilities, chairs).
    Or else * Full cleaning rate: 175 euros (including rotating cleaning).
