527 Sunsuite - New to VRBO! Resort Access Included!

527 Sunsuite is an efficiency unit located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Fitness Center, and Retail Shops. This 2nd floor, poolside studio layout is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities and are within walking distance from the beach. It is recently renovated with beautiful decorations throughout the whole unit, including a walk-in shower, open floor plan, new kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, convection microwave oven, flat screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa.

This unit is dog-friendly with a $125 pet fee, so bring your four-legged kid with you to enjoy a game of fetch on the beach! Daily rentals are open year-round, and it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Guest Cards Included:
Also included in your rental are up to 4 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

PIN code didn’t work. New PIN code worked sometimes and several times it took 5/6 tries before door would open. There was no packet/amenity cards so we had to go back to the front gate and office to get those….signs are very small, GPS takes you elsewhere and the parking lot was absurdly cramped. Unit has clearly seen a lot of visitors. No sign for the marina off main road… Lovely beach, decent pool, surly bartenders at outside bar by beach and pretty average food with above average prices. Seafood place at marina was very subpar. Decent marina staff. Lotta traffic. All told a B minus, likely won’t return. Oh and of course VRBO threw on an 80 dollar charge out of nowhere… I’d rather sleep in a tent than deal with this…

Great sunsuite

Very beachy and perfect for a weekend getaway. Did not know it would be upstairs, as I have accessiblity issues. Overlooks the Olympic pool, but very quiet.
