The very comfortable living room full of fun surprises (giant Kapla and PS3 console). On the ground floor you will have a double bed bedroom, upstairs, in a large mansard bedroom, enjoy two other beds and a play area for children. In this private garden, relax in large deckchairs, live with your feet in the grass and enjoy a real barbecue… Live outdoors, away from the hustle and bustle, and 700 m on foot from the Great Beach.

The house has for your greatest comfort all the necessary equipment for your young children: a bathtub, a high chair, adapted crockery, a folding bed as well as a foldable pushchair with multi-position backrest usable from 6 months.



Ideally located in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, on foot or by bike, you are very close to the Grande Plage and its famous surf clubs and nice restaurants for lunch or dinner with an impressive view of the waves… The Grande Plage is also an embankment with entertainment all summer long, concerts, street performances and bars to enjoy delicious cocktails. It's also the track for rollers, skateboards and other runners, from morning to evening along the beach.

In the Saint Gilles Croix de Vie region, you have an appointment with nearly 350 km of tracks and paths that are laid out and especially flat, between coast, countryside, marshes and forest. It's accessible to everyone and ideal for the whole family. And above all, don't leave without tasting the delicious red label sardines from Saint-Gilles!
