Cleaning included in the price under Gîtes de France conditions in Brittany. Shared courtyard, land and parking (15,000 m²). Independent gîte near a farm, located in a small hamlet of 4 accommodations, including the owner's home and two other gîtes for 4 people (22G321309 and 22G321310). You will appreciate the 1.5 ha exteriors, with shared courtyard, lawn and parking for all accommodations. Thanks to its private lawn area you will enjoy the garden furniture when returning from your visits. Visiting Quintin, just 9 km away, is like taking a trip back in time, tasting castle life during a candlelit dinner. The Château de Quintin also appeals to the imagination, transforming into a life-size cluedo during murder parties. Intense, we tell you! Around Quintin, two exceptional sites with preserved nature: the Landes de Lanfains and the Chaos du Gouët. Let time flow. Holidays in the countryside! It's good to think of nothing!
