Cottage located in a quiet hamlet in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park. Nature lovers will be seduced by the large wooded areas of the Livradois mountains. Hikers will discover the Col du Béal (1390m) or the Signal de Pierre-Haute (1640m), its highest point with its belvedere which offers one of the most beautiful views there is on the Massif Central. Independent house. On the ground floor: a 1st dining area and open kitchen with stove / stove (free wood), a 2nd dining and living area, laundry room, wc and shower room with walk-in shower. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and one bedroom with 3 double beds. Beautiful terrace with pergola in summer. Reversible air conditioning in the gîte. Adjoining enclosed land. Private parking and garage. Electric heating: 50 € in winter. Shops and services in Olliergues 5 km. Tourist tax not included.
