About this property
10-person apartment in mountain chalet, parking, children's play area,
Béatrice and Michel welcome you to their chalet at "Les Fermes du Marquis," a 5-minute drive and 30-minute walk from the town center. The chalet offers ample space and a large parking area. In winter, you can enjoy sledding, children's games, foosball, and a terrace with a parasol. The fully equipped ground-floor apartment is also available. Hiking trails are nearby, including the Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc (UTMB) route, which passes 50 meters below the chalet. Pets are welcome (maximum 2). A supplement of €70 is required for the stay, payable on arrival. Enjoy views of the Mont Blanc mountain range. The Saint-Gervais cable car is a 5-minute drive away. A swimming pool, mini-golf, and tennis courts are also nearby (3-minute drive). The price shown is for 10 people; a discount is available for groups of 4 or more. Sheets and towels are not provided.
