  • 2 * studio on the ground floor, facing south with a view of Mont Blanc from the terrace.
    Entrance with separate toilet and large closet (wardrobe + shelves for luggage and vacuum cleaner, iron, cot, booster seat, blankets, pillows).
    Kitchenette equipped with fridge, electric hob, oven, pressure cooker, raclette set, electric kettle.
    Living space including a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed, a TV, storage (shelves with 2 doors), buffet with dishes for 4 people, large bay window overlooking the terrace (electric shutters). WIFI.
    Separate sleeping area for more privacy, with 2 bunk beds and drawer, as well as a glass door leading to the terrace.
    Bathroom with bathtub and hand shower, sink and storage unit with hairdryer and household products, radiant heating.
    11 m² terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture.
    Quiet location 1.5 km from the ski slopes with free ski bus (regular passages) leading to the Bettex station 445km of slopes, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowpark, snowshoes ... and return to the chalet possible by skis or Free Shuttle.
    Summer: departure of hikes at the foot of the chalet, heated swimming pool reserved for the residence with a view of the Mont Blanc glaciers and the Fiz chain, tennis court reserved for the residence also (free).

Nice holidays in this rent during week1-2024 after new year

everything was ok. maybe not the WIFI but not depending from the owner bacause WIFI antenna are share from the corridor. The owner is very nice and reactive.

Appartement avec vue incroyable

L'appartement est bien agencé et permet de transformer le quoi nuit enfant en deux lit doubles superposés grace aux planches. La terasse a une vue incroyable sur le mont blanc ainsi que la piscine de la résidence. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjours.

Logement idealement placé avec terrasse avec vue sur le Mont Blanc. Residence calme et appartement idéal pour 2 personnes l'été, bien équipé. Concernant la proximite de la laverie il faut entendre la za de Sallanche. Nous avons signalé que les rideaux et couvertures etaient poussiereux couvertures necessitaient un lavpoussiereux

Location très bien située pour aller à pied prendre la navette gratuite.

Belle vue du balcon (de côté) sur le Mont Blanc ; bonne situation géographique du chalet et propriétaire très agréable. Seul bémol : mauvaise insonorisation des escaliers quand les vacanciers descendent tôt le matin en chaussures de ski et skis à la main (malgré l'interdiction) et réveillent ceux qui dorment ! Un raffraichissement de l 'intérieur serait toutefois souhaitable . Merci.

Séjour Grattague - Saint Gervais Les Bains

Superbe séjour. Propriétaire très chaleureuse, claire et disponible par téléphone. L'appartement dispose d'une superbe vue sur le Mont Blanc et l'environnement nous permet vraiment d'extérioriser. Le seul point moins bien est la difficulté d'accès en voiture lorsqu'il gèle et la distance par rapport au centre et aux autoroutes Merci beaucoup à Mme Rondeau
