  • Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Saint Gervais this apartment 2-rooms of 35 m² that can accommodate up to 4 people.
    The apartment is on the ground floor. It has an Eastern exposure with a nice view on the Mont-Blanc. It has a balcony.

    The apartment is composed of :

    Ground floor :

    - A living room with sofa, TV with internet connection and dining area.
    - Kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, extractor fan, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, raclette machine.
    - A bathroom with shower, whasing machine and sink.
    - An independant toilet.

    On the mezzanine :
    - A bedroom with double bed.
    - A sleeping area with sofa-bed.

    Addtional equipment : private outdoor parking in front of the flat, heated ski locker, WIFI. Pets not allowed.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Appréciation entre horrible et médiocre. Des odeurs de toilettes et d’égouts dès l’extérieur et dans l’appartement (SDB, toilettes, cuisine (évier) signalées à l’agence Mt Blanc Immobilier à St Gervais, notre interlocuteur + téléviseur « connecté » nécessitant la création d’un compte (payant) + radiateur chambre étage ne fonctionnant pas. Finalement, au 4ème et dernier jour de notre séjour l’agence immobilière propose de faire faire des travaux par un plombier dans l’appartement (nous leur avons proposé de reporter ces travaux car nous devions quitter l’appartement le lendemain matin mercredi avant 10 h).
