Chalet for 10 people, right on the slopes, with a view of Mont Blanc

The Ferme des Places is a renovated alpine chalet, located on the slopes of the Evasion Mont Blanc area (St Gervais, Megeve, etc - 445 km) while remaining close to the village of St Nicolas de Veroce. The chalet is planted in the middle of the mountain pastures, in a preserved and magnificent nature, with a direct view of the Mont Blanc massif. The house allows you to enjoy the outside (barbecue, large table, deckchairs...) and the interior (cosy bedrooms, living room by the fire, equipped kitchen, ski room, laundry room, etc...).<br><br>In winter, the blue Chattrix slope passes in front of the chalet. The nearest chairlift starts 300 m away (by the piste).<br>In summer, the chalet is planted in the middle of the mountain pastures, in a preserved and magnificent nature, with a direct view of the Mont Blanc massif.<br>Triple exposure south, east (view Mont Blanc) and west.<br><br>Surface area of 185 m2. 5 bedrooms: 1 double bed (160 cm), 1 double bed (160 cm), 2 single beds (80 cm) that can be twinned, 1 bed of 120 cm, 4 beds (80 cm) in the children's room. A living room with wood stove and dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, laundry room, ski-room.<br><br>TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, Internet/Wifi, bluetooth Hifi speaker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob, washing machine, dryer, cot, high chair, barbecue, garden furniture, etc...<br><br>In summer, access to the chalet is via a stone path (350 m from the road), accessible to all vehicles.<br>In winter, the chalet is accessible by 4x4 by a snowy path (350 m from the car park, 7 minutes on foot). The rental price includes the provision of our chained 4x4 for the winter. Only the round trips between the car park and the chalet are allowed with the 4x4. For your other trips, you will have to use your personal car.
