- Saint-Gervais: Residence "Castel des Roches", 7 storeys. 7.7 km from the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces). Grocery, restaurant 200 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop "Avenue du Mont d'Arbois" 250 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 5.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 800 m, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5.9 km. Tennis, minigolf 800 m, gondola lift 500 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ice rink 250 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Castel des roches A36", 1-room studio 20 m2 on 3rd floor. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/WC. Heating. Small balcony 3 m2, south-west facing position. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (1 car). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
