Lovely warm and comfortable well equipped apartment close to the centre of town, conveniently close to the nearby facility bus stop. Received a lovely welcome from Madame and Monsieur Bernier.

We had a lovely appartment to ourselves that was comfortable and had all the facilities we required. The location is excellent. It’s a few steps away from the main square where there are lots of bars, a supermarket and a tourist information office. It is in a really quiet back street. We were able to sit in the garden and enjoy watching the birds. The top-end of Le Valeen cablecar is 10 minutes walk away. It takes you down to Le Fayet for 2.50. Alternatively if you want to walk through the park, you can take the Ascenseur (free) down to it and through the park to the station. Our hosts are very friendly and helpful. They helped us understand the the local area, it’s history, and how to get about. We did several walks in the area mostly by taking the train to Viaduc St Marie or Chamonix. There’s also a free bus to nearby villages which we used to get to the start of our walk.

Jean et sa femme ont été extrêmement gentils et super accueillants. L'appartement est propre, confortable et conforme à l'annonce. Si nous avions besoin de qqch, les hôtes étaient disponibles. Nous avons vécu une semaine magnifique. Tout était parfait dans l appartement. Le jardin, très joli est un véritable plus.
