Luxurious top floor apartment on 2 floors in the beautiful chalet style Residence Le Clos de la Fontaine. Stunning views of Saint Gervais and a short walk across new bridge to the town centre. Beautifully fitted with oak kitchen with full size oven and dishwasher. There is a large, family size fridge freezer. Located in an attractive building in the best possible location for skiing in St Gervais. Only 100 metres from the cable car to the skiing area.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, one with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and the other with bunk beds. 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious living area has a comfortable leather sofa and an oak dining table with 6 chairs and a bench. This apartment provides very flexible accommodation for families or groups of up to 8 people. Downstairs there is a family bathroom with a separate toilet and hand basin. There is a built-in washing machine / dryer in the bathroom. Upstairs there is a shower room with toilet and basin. As it is a top floor apartment in a chalet style building all the ceilings are sloping. Bed linen can be hired from property manager.

A ski locker is available in the entrance hall to the building.

Excellent location and lovely apartment

Really enjoyed our week in this apartment which is literally 5 min walk to the lift. Owner and person who greeted us were very helpful before and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Skiing holiday New Year 2019

This was a great apartment for 6 of us. The location is ideal for the bubble up to the ski resort, the flat was clean and reasonably well equipped, and Demmy was helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. The bread shop was a 5 min walk and somehow the kids got Apple TV and Netflix to work. I would book this property again. I'm glad I arranged for our skis and boots to stay at the hire shop though as whilst the flat has a ski locker, your boots wouldn't dry out there and there is no room in the flat for 6 or 8 pairs of wet ski boots.

Location St Gervais

Malgré la proximité de la télécabine l’Alpin, n’hésitez pas à louer un casier à ski soit à l’arrivée au Bettex ou directement au départ de l’Alpin. Les 200 m à faire peuvent s’avérer complexe surtout avec des enfants ! Sinon top emplacement … à 10 min du village et des commerces , pas besoin de voiture .

Excellent location at ski lift short walk to village

Great new 2 level apartment at the ski lift short easy walk of 10 minutes to village. Near bakery and 2 bars , ski to bottom of lift for 100m walk home, very clean, well equipped, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms , the manager and owner were excellent, we will return again and again

Bon séjour, literie confortable, appartement bien équipé. L'appartement est situé à 10 mns à pieds du centre ville et juste à côté des télécabines.

Très bel appartement très bien situé au pied de la télécabine. Bien fourni au niveau des équipements. Literie confortable. Idéal pour 6-8 personnes avec ces 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain Échanges faciles avec Kate la propriétaire et Mme Lamande sur place. A retenir pour de prochaines vacances !

Une superbe location très bien située (proche du centre ville et des télécabines du Bettex). Logement très spacieux, idéal avec des enfants en bas âge. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette location sans aucun problème. Nous reviendrons.

L appartement est idéalement situé pour skier et pour accéder au centre ville Nous avons apprécié les deux places de parking, les deux salles de bain, le calme, les ustensiles de cuisine, l espace de la Salle principale. Le Soleil donne sur un beau balcon. Seul bémol est l emplacement inexistant pour les chaussures de ski, le stockage sur le palier n étant pas idéal pour les voisins Nous reviendrons certainement dans cette location très bon rapport qualité prix ! L accueil à été ponctuel et parfait

Excellent appartement

Emplacement idéal à proximité des télécabines de St GERVAIS. Un accueil très sympathique de Mme LAMANDE. Un appartement très bien équipé avec 4 belles chambres. Du rangement suffisant. Seul bémol, le casier ski un peu trop petit mais l'ensemble était tellement bien que ça reste un détail. Merci de mettre en location votre appartement ! Si je reviens à St GERVAIS, je reviens chez vous.

Très beau duplex

Saint Gervais, Megève, Chamonix proposent tellement d'activités qu'une semaine ne suffit pas! Nous y reviendrons et si possible dans cet appartement.

Great apartment, great location
