Located in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, Normandy, this charming 100 m² house welcomes up to 5 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor, one upstairs). Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Families will find a baby bed, high chair, as well as shared children’s toys and books available. The cozy living room features a wood stove and a sofa bed.



Upstairs, the mezzanine offers a pleasant lounge area with a sofa and armchairs, boasting beautiful views of the Conservatoire du Littoral and the sea. This space also leads to the bathroom and the three bedrooms.



Outside, relax in your private garden bordering the conservatory, perfect for walks. The private open terrace and barbecue are ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. A shared playground is also accessible.



On-site shared parking for one vehicle is available. One pet is welcome. Please note, events are not permitted. Self check-in makes your arrival easy. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an additional fee.



The beach is just 450 meters away, with shops and restaurants less than 2 minutes by car. You’ll be ideally located to explore the region’s highlights: Mont Saint-Michel is 1.5 hours by car and the D-Day beaches are 45 minutes away. Water activities and summer attractions are nearby.



A security deposit will be requested upon arrival. Bed linen and towels are available to rent and payable on site.
