  • Welcome to our house located in Saint-Germain-Laval, a haven of peace nestled in the south of Seine-et-Marne. This charming village offers quick access to the A5 motorway.

    The outbuilding is located on our land, in a quiet and welcoming setting.

    Sit back and let nature envelop you: the view of the valley invites you to relax, the air is soft, and the charm of the countryside is felt from the first moment. We are committed to offering you a pleasant and authentic stay.

    You will have an entire house just for you, perfect for a relaxing stay.
    - Ground floor: cosy living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen and a TV (tv +Netflix).
    - Upstairs: large bright bedroom and private shower room.

    Ideal house for a couple and two children, offering a comfortable and functional setting.

    A barbecue is also available (optional).

    Sheets and blankets are provided.

    For access, I prefer to hand over the keys in order to welcome you and show you the premises with ease.

    A key box is also available in case of absence of the hosts, to allow you simple and independent access to the accommodation.
