Just a few kilometres away, Châlons-en-Champagne will charm you with its historic city centre, its canals—nicknamed “Sparkling Little Venice”—its gardens, and its many events. Wine enthusiasts can easily reach the Champagne vineyards and meet the region’s winemakers. Nature lovers will also enjoy walks along the Marne River, hiking trails, and the surrounding natural areas. This comfortable and functional single-story home can accommodate up to 6 people. It features a beautiful, inviting living area that combines a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room (which is equipped with reversible air conditioning), offering a cosy space to share quality time with family or friends. The sleeping area includes three double bedrooms, each equipped with two 90 x 200 cm beds that can be pushed together upon request to form a large 180 x 200 cm bed. A modern bathroom and a separate toilet complete the interior layout. Outside, enjoy a pleasant terrace furnished with patio furniture and a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining when the weather is nice. For your convenience, the cottage also features a private parking area that can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles. An electric vehicle charging station is available (billed based on actual usage). The rental price includes bed linens (beds made upon arrival). A mandatory cleaning fee applies, and bath linens are optional at the rates indicated. Electricity (heating, air conditioning, and electric vehicle charging) is billed separately based on usage.
