"It was a one night stop over while travelling from south to north. We were upgraded to a lovely room. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. Weather very disappointing, obviously no fault of the hotel."

"This was a birthday treat for my wife, so we stayed at a hotel that we had passed many times and heard a lot about. We had a double room but no A/C which was needex. We did find a fan, so we put up with the noise. We looked forward to the lovely pool only to be told it was not in use due to re-tiling, most disappointing. Good news though, the new Spa facilities were now open but the new spa pool was not fit for use. I treated my wife to a massage and I got free use of the sauna's, ice cascade,...

"Wonderful historical place. As part of Relais & Chateaux, Le Moulin de l'Abbaye definitely meets outstanding standards of history (we stayed in a 13th century building) and luxury. We also had dinner at the Michelin star restaurant and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend it."
