"Le site est magnifique et reposant. L’accueil est agréable et chaleureux. En revanche, les draps ne sont pas fournis, ce n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce. Au contraire c’est noté serviettes de bain fournie pour ce qui est de la section « salle de bain » et pour le reste ce n’est mentionné nul part que le linge de lit n’est pas fourni qu’il faut payer un supplément. Je l’ai appris le jour même !! de plus l’hôtesse d’accueil me dit que pour le linge on a vu cela ensemble, vous n’en voulait pas...

"We had a fabulous family holiday at Bissut, three generations together, and the house was perfect. Lots of space inside and out, with a large swimming pool and shady garden. The house is really well equipped, including beds and high chairs for tiny children. poor service attension

"Very poor attension to opening the breakfast times. I was to open at 7am, but didnt open until 7.45 on a Monday before our teams work. Poor selection of breakfast, no taking care of damp towels in room or the room when returning. Would assume there was cleaning to take place the days I stayed. Over payed for the price it was "

"Staff good . Bedding clean and comfortable. Air conditioning not working, mouldy shower ceiling, carpet very worn. Whole hotel needs a revamp. Breakfast buffet not great choice. Overpriced. Car parking very easy and hotel was not noisy. Would not use again unless keen to stay in Parthenay."
