Fabulous overnight stay

Cabins are excellent- modern, clean, comfortable and very well stocked. We only stayed one night but would happily have stayed longer.

Ok lorsqu’on est de passage

Aire de jeux enfants sans surveillance. A 22h des enfants jouaient encore dehors sans parents près d’eux tout en criant et avec la tyrolienne qui faisait beaucoup de bruit. Nos enfants ont bien profité de cette aire de jeux en journée mais après le coucher de soleil il y a des limites quand même surtout quand nous avons voyagé ou visité toute la journée. Surtout que sur l’aire il était écrit les horaires d’utilisation. Nous avons fini par appeler la réception qui nous a répondu qu’il n’était que seulement 22h mais qu’ils iraient dire un mot sans pouvoir rien promettre. Nous l’avons signalé le lendemain au check out et la personne s’est excusée mais il faut le savoir. Évitez donc un lodge près de l’aire de jeux si vous voulez que vos enfants dorment. Concernant la propreté : pourrait mieux faire Notamment la poubelle ou la salle de bain Salle de bain très petite mais suffisante quand on est de passage Piscine au top Parking pratique Localisation ok avec un supermarché pas loin et le puy du fou à 30 min

Seul oui mais pas en famille

Je suis mitigée. Pour un séjour basic en hôtel, seule, il est très bien. Piscine, salle de sport, les vraies chambres d’hôtel sont bien isolées, et il y a peu de monde donc pour travailler, on peut être bien. Mais en famille, c’est pas le mieux. Je suis venue seule avec 2 enfants, le personnel qui est très agréable et gentil, on essaye de trouver des solutions rapide et arrangeante. 3 points négatifs en famille : Les lodges, confort de mobilhome, on a pas les memes avantages que les clients de l’hôtel… ménage en cours de séjour non compris, pas de remise de papier toilette en 5 jours, malgres le passage du personnel, qui a refais juste les lits. Le bruit : les lodges ne sont pas insonorisés, route à côté passage de camion et voiture toute les nuits et les journées (mais moins dérangeante), jardinier avec machine devant la lodge à 9h, pas possible de dormir. La sécurité : les deux jeux pour enfants ne sont pas fermés. L’un est au milieu donc ça peut aller, mais le pont de singe est au bord du parking, sans clôtures, donc une voiture extérieure peut venir se garer et repartir sans problème très rapidement, je trouve pas cela sécurisant. Même si bien entendu, je surveille mes filles, il y a une amélioration à avoir sur ce point. Pour finir, nous avons fait un soir un repas au restaurant, et heureusement pour moi j’ai pris mon ticket, car sinon j’aurais payé une boule de glace à 6,50€ au lieu de 2€. Merci tout de même au personnel qui sont très polis, agréable, attentionnés.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour ! Personnel à l'écoute et très serviable. Le lodge est un peu petit mais confortable. La literie est de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié, il y en a pour tous goûts, du salé au sucré! On a pu profiter de la piscine pour nous tout seul, top apres 5h de route! Je recommande vivement.

Un super séjour au sein de l'AX Hotel ! Nous sommes venus y séjourner dans le cadre d'une aventure au Puy du Fou avec notre fils de 5 ans. L'hôtel est parfaitement adapté aux familles avec enfants car l'endroit est vraiment kids friendly. Les bungalows sont propres, bien agencés. Le personnel est au petit soin. Nous avons eu un souci de climatisateur et le personnel s'est démené pour nous trouver des solutions de confort. Nous recommanderons cet hôtel aux amis & famille pour leur prochaines aventures en Vendée ;-)
