I have very good tolerance with cold, but when it's -3°C outside and the heaters almost don't work, no matter what, you'll at least hope there's hot water in the night? But no! "Very minimal but good budget hotel. Staff is present only on limited hours. Late check-in was automated but efficient. Good position for traveling around the area. On check-out day, the code for opening the front door and room door stopped working without notice, way before check-out time."
