    You will appreciate this accommodation ideally located on the heights of Vallières, close to the beaches of Royan and St Georges and the shops of the city centre (8 minutes walk), in a quiet and quiet secure residence.
    Ideal for 2 people, possible for 4.
    Welcome to Charente Maritime to discover the charms of the estuary.

    The small house has a closed terrace of 23 m² not overlooked and a private parking space.
    Garden furniture, 4 armchairs, parasols and electric plancha.

    * Beautiful, bright living room with sofa bed and television.

    * Equipped kitchen.
    3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, pressure cooker etc...

    1 double bed in 140 "comfort plus" mattress 20 cm.

    1 sofa bed in 140 in the living room

    * Spacious bathroom, shower and sink.
    Washing machine porthole.
    (The window is equipped with an anti-insect veil).

    The house is at your complete disposal.
    Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. The house must be left clean when the tenant leaves
    Optional cleaning fee, €90

    A RENTAL CONTRACT will be drawn up and sent after booking.
    The equipment made available to you must be returned in good condition.
    Please report any breakage or deterioration.

Superbe séjour dans une maison très charmante

J'ai séjourné chez Eliane avec mes 2 petits garçons. Nous avons pu profiter du charme de l'endroit, la terrasse est idéale pour des petits déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner au soleil. La maison est lumineuse et très propre . Les plages sont accessibles à pied . Toute les commodités a 10 minutes voir moins en voiture. Eliane est une hôte charmante et agréable. Je recommande très joli séjour

Super séjour !!!

Rien à redire Aussi bien pour le confort de la location. Rien ne manquait. Résidence très calme pour se reposer. Super emplacement, accès rapide à pied ou à velo aux pistes cyclables à la plage et au centre. Commune très agréable, marché tout les jours ainsi que concerts matins et soirs au top !!! Commerçants hyper sympa. Une commune qui sait accueillir les touristes !!! Comme notre hôte très sympathique aussi. Nous reviendrons !!!

Petite maison dans une résidence calme

Petite maison très bien équipée. Rien ne manquait comme équipement selon nos besoins. Décoration agréable. Extérieur très bien équipé également. Grâce à la météo nous avons pris la majorité de nos repas sur la terrasse. Terrasse sans vis-à-vis propice à une certaine intimité et aux moments de repos ou de lecture. Proximité du centre de st Georges et de la plage très appréciée qui permet l'accès à pied entre 10 et 15 minutes. Nombreuses pistes cyclables. Le centre du village est animé chaque matin avec le marché. La région est riche en visites aux alentours proches de st Georges. Propriétaire accueillante et soucieuse du confort des locataires.
