Enjoy a comfortable stay in this charming 39m² apartment, located on the first floor (no lift) of a quiet residence.

Perfect for a family holiday, it features a bright living area with a lounge corner, dining space (flat-screen TV), and a fully equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The main bedroom offers a 160 cm double bed and a wardrobe.
You will also find a modern shower room with a walk-in shower, towel warmer, washing machine and toilet.

A miller’s ladder-style staircase leads to a cosy attic mezzanine, much appreciated by children, with two 90 cm single beds.

Travel light: a travel cot with mattress and a high chair are available for your use.

And the icing on the cake: a pleasant sea view, outdoor furniture, an electric awning for relaxing outside at any time, plus a private underground garage for hassle-free parking.

Très belle situation pour cet appartement

Appartement très bien situé, 500 m du centre ville et face à la grande plage de St Georges. Location très bien équipée avec belle salle de douche, belle terrasse et garage en sous sol.
