  • In a quiet street and in a wooded area, you can walk to the large family beach of Vallières, access the cycle paths to reach Royan (2.5kms), discover the Gironde estuary and the Cordouan lighthouse. The daily operation (700m) of the house and the free entertainment will make your stay pleasant.
    The accommodation: it is a terraced house on one side with an enclosed garden and a terrace facing south-west with an awning and garden furniture. The main room consists of a lounge area with sofa and two armchairs, a flat screen TV, high-speed internet, and an open kitchen area (fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle...) and you can have meals at a high table with stools or at the living table. Access to the 2 bedrooms by a staircase, as well as to the bathroom and separate toilet. Each bedroom has recent 160cm bedding and a closet.

Jolie petite maison proche de la plage et des commodités dans un environnement calme. La maison est très bien équipée.La mise à disposition de deux vélos adultes est un plus car il est possible de faire un grand nombre de choses en vélo.Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles.Nous gardons l'adresse et reviendrons avec plaisir.Très belle découverte.Merci à Didier et Laurence.
