Superb property, attention to detail excellent. Only downside is the bed and sofa were not very comfortable but this did not spoil our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Bonjour, Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement au bord de mer, Accueil très chaleureux, à proximité des commerces, face à la mer et très calme, Petite info pas très loin petit restaurant très sympathique "la tarte aux prunes".

Insgesamt sind die Lage und der abendliche Ausblick top. Bei dem Größen-/Preisverhältnis würden wir uns allerdings ein paar Auflagen für die Gatrtenmöbel wünschen und ein bisschen Grundausstattung in der Küche (bspw. Pfeffer/Salz, Spülmittel...). Um frische Handtücher für die zweite Woche mussten wir bitten, kamen dann aber prompt. Der Außenbereich war nicht so sauber wie innen.

a deux pas de Royan, d une magnifique plage, cette location est parfaite, jardin privé sans vis a vis , en front de mer . L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de gout , il ne manque rien, tout est pensé au moindre détail, vraiment je recommande.

Une très belle semaine !

L'appartement est confortable et nickel, l'emplacement parfait avec vue sur l'océan, à proximité du centre ville et des plages. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous avons très envie de revenir. Un seul bémol, s'il faut en mettre un : l'insonorisation entre les appartements. Mais rien de bien grave en été !

We vonden het een zeer mooi en goed gelegen appartement. Het zicht op zee maakt het fantastisch, zelfs bij bewolkte hemel! De uitrusting was zeker genoeg en de inrichting zeer gezellig. Het enige dat we fout hadden ingeschat was het ontbreken van WiFi, iets wat we normaal verwachten... maar buiten dat: uitstekend!

Sehr gemütliche und warme Wohnung in bester Lage

Sehr herzlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit dem Auge fürs Detail. Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert. Die Vermieterin lebt nebenan und ist in Kürze da bei Unklarheiten. Eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Dame. Von der Terrasse der Wohnung kann man sehr schön den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Undedingt sollte man über der Straße die kleine Wiese hinunter gehen und direkt am Wasser Ebbe und Flut verfolgen. Wenige hundert Meter nach rechts und links kommt man an einen grossen Stadtstrand. Bäckereien und Restaurants sind in Fussdistanz erreichbar.
