Property in a great location

Loved the location , nice easy walk to the beach, we went in September and could walk our dog on the beach .Nice friendly neighbours . Good range of equipment available in the property.

Nice house in nice area

We had a wonderful time in this house with the lovely garden. The communication with the owners was very good. Close to the beach and to a small grocery store. The beds were good and the kitchen well equipped.

First Class!

Excellent property, minutes from the beach. Struggle to think of much that Mme Borie has not included. We enjoyed a fantastic time based in this property and should we return would very happily stay here again. The welcome bottle of wine was very thoughtful, and tasty. Communication with and from Mme Borie was superb. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war absolut ruhig........man hat nur das Meer gehört. Wir haben uns deshalb sehr gut erholen können.

Merveilleux

Dès le premier instant, on se sent comme chez soi. La maison est très bien équipée et offre beaucoup d'espace. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans le grand jardin avec la pergola sous les deux arbres. Même notre chien s'est senti à l'aise. La maison est située dans un environnement agréable près de la plage sauvage. La propriétaire est très gentille et serviable. Dans l'ensemble, je le recommande vivement.

très bon séjour

Excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison, au calme au fond d'une impasse, tout confort, rien ne manque au niveau des équipements. Avec une belle semaine ensoleillée, nous avons pu apprécié la belle terrasse extérieure sans vis à vis. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben in dem Haus von Familie Borie einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Auch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sicherlich kein Badestrand, aber für einen Spaziergang ideal. Die anderen Strände sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Bei der Ausstattung im Haus fehlt es einem wirklich an nichts. Auch der Garten mit seinem Pavillon ist perfekt, um bei jedem Wetter draußen sitzen zu können. Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus in Nähe zum Meer

Das Haus ist sehr groß und gut geeignet für eine Familie oder 4 Personen insgesamt. Der Garten ist rundum abgeschlossen und bietet genug Platz zum Spielen (und Sicherheit für einen Hund) und es gibt einen schattigen Platz zum Essen. Das Haus wirkt von außen sehr einladend. Die Ausstattung ist gut, aber auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier und da könnte man mal Hand anlegen. Dazu trägt sicher auch bei, dass die Endreinigung in den Händen der Mieter liegt und hier nicht alle gleichermaßen gründlich sind. Da bleibt in der Sorgfalt auch mal was auf der Strecke. Wir haben uns notgedrungen auf die Endreinigung eingelassen, würden aber lieber darauf verzichten. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber rundum wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Secteur calme en cette période.

La réalité correspond à l'annonce sur le site. Maison de plein pied bien agencée et mise en valeur. Bon ensoleillement avec un petit terrain clos qui convient pour des chiens éduqués. La proximité de la plage est un plus (7 mn à pied).

Wunderschön

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten. Überdachter Sitzplatz, wo man jederzeit im Schatten sitzen kann. Bequeme Gartenliegen sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Genügend Geschirr ist vorhanden. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe. Zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten zum Laufen. Ruhige Wohngegend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Très bien

Très belle maison délicieusement décorée, au calme. Tout le confort possible pour passer de bonnes vacances, pas de vis à vis. Jardin avec terrasse au frais , toujours à l'ombre. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Pavillon à l écart dans une impasse. Très calme. Proche de la mer. Et très bien située pour visiter.

Propriétaire très très sympathique. Beaucoup d échanges par téléphone. Très bon accueil sur place. Maison très bien située, terrasse très agréable à l arrière de la maison. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour. Visite de l île à vélo. 205 kms sur 5 jours. Hors période scolaires. Et semaine ensoleillée. A refaire.

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattes freistehendes Ferienhaus mit reichhaltiger Ausstattung. Perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Familie und Hund. In fünf Minuten ist man am nächsten Strand und in einem kleinen Laden. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Einzig die Endreinigung muss selbst gemacht werden, das ist nicht jedermanns Sache. War für uns aber okay. Wir würden das Ferienhaus wieder buchen.

Idéalement situé, au calme, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. La maison et le jardin est extrêmement bien équipé, avec une propreté irréprochable ! Tout est là ! Bref, un petit paradis ! Merci pour la bouteille de Pineau des Charentes en arrivant , c’est bien agréable ! À bientôt !
