Wonderful stay at the lovely large house, walking distance to the beach and a short cycle to a lovely town. The house is much bigger that you expect with wrap around grounds in a quiet lane of the main road to the beach. Our group was a mix of adults and kids and we all really enjoyed our stay. The little house is the garden was an added bonus. Would recommend staying here without hesitation.

We were blown away by how clean and well equipped this property was. The location is perfect with access to cycle paths and the beach a short walk away. If anything the photos do not do it justice. It is the most beautiful holiday home we have stayed in.

Nous avons passer un séjour très agréable. Le logement est très bien adapté pour 12 personnes (dont 2 enfants). La maison (interieur /exterieur) est propre, organisée et chaleureuse. Le grand plus: la mer toute proche. On reviendra sans hésiter.

Nous avions réservée cette maison pour réunir la famille à l'occasion d' un anniversaire .Les petits et les grands ( 6 adultes et 4 enfants ) ont apprécié cette vaste maison très claire, confortable et particulièrement bien équipée; elle est entourée de pins et de chênes verts et idéalement située en bordure des dunes permettant un accès direct à la plage ( endroit très calme fréquenté par des chevreuils) . Les enfants y ont découvert un merveilleux terrain de jeux . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison. Elle est très bien placée (effectivement la plage est à deux pas, accessible par un chemin quasi privé), elle est vaste et elle est fraîche, et très bien équipée ! Et le propriétaire était très à l'écoute par texto et téléphone (un pb de Wifi pendant le séjour a fait que nous avons été en contact deux ou trois fois) et efficace. Un petit bémol : la personne chargée de l'accueil en début de séjour et du ménage en fin de séjour n'a pas été très courtoise. Néanmoins le séjour était nickel !

ein wunderbares, ruhig gelegenes Haus, geräumig für unsere 9 köpfige Großfamilie mit schönem Wohnzimmer und verschiedenen Außenbereichen wo jeder ein Platz findet. Besonders ist das was hinter dem Haus liegt: Unschlagbar der wunderbare kurze Weg durch den anschließenden Wald auf die Dünen an den Strand. Der war im Juni noch leer und der Atlantik zeigte seine verschiedensten Facetten. Das Haus ist mit moderner Küche ausgestattet, fast schon zu modern da man mit vielen Gebrauchsanleitungen beschäftigt wäre wenn man alles nutzen möchte.

Très jolie maison, très cosy et très bien équipée. Aucune mauvaise surprise, que du contraire! Chouette jardin avec une petite forêt juste derrière que les enfants ont adoré....Et une magnifique plage à 100 m!! Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et la dame qui gère la remise des clefs.

Nous étions 4 couples et 1 enfant dans cette très belle location ... Tout y est !!! Nous avons rarement vu une location aussi bien équipée. La maison a été refaite, tout est neuf, propre et adapté pour un groupe ou une grande famille. L accès à la plage se fait en 5' à pieds sans route à traverser. Je pense que nous pourrions y retourner.....quand à l accueil, il est très bien également. ... Nous recommandons ce lieu ...

Il est rare de trouver une location aussi bien équipée et entretenue...Tout y est....Le nombre de couchages est confortable et pourtant chacun peut trouver un espace d intimité. Nous étions 4 couples et un enfant, la pièce de vie permets d évoluer avec aisance. La proximité immédiate de la plage nous à offert la possibilité de faire de grandes et belles ballades... Bref un très bel endroit, nous le recommandons sans réserve, ainsi que l' accueil qui nous est réservé...Félicitations...

Wonderful beach house in Ile D'Oleron

We stayed at this woderful beach house for one week from Aug 21st 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is a 3 minute walk through the woods and dunes to the most amazing beach. Its kitchen is superbly fitted out with many appliances , the house was also perfect for children with lots of games and toys to play with. We were 6 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room. Many thanks Jean Baptiste.
