House 3 minutes walk from the beach

  • Quiet single-storey house (at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by pines and mimosas) with a surface area of 125 m2 on a fully enclosed plot of 860 m2.
    The bike lanes are right behind the house.
    Beach 250 metres from the house and supervised beach 5 minutes by bike.
    The house consists of a living room of 50 m2 with open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker, nespresso coffee maker, toaster)
    Laundry room with washing machine, fridge, freezer, ironing board and iron
    Living room with sofa and armchairs for 8 people, smart tv, Wifi (fibre) farmhouse table for 8 people
    Baby equipment available (travel cot with mattress, bathtub, changing table, high chair)

maison conforme à l'annonce, équipements très corrects, accès à la plage très proche.Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas un peu plus d'ombre en cas de canicule . Il serait bon de prévoir un parasol pour la deuxième table extérieure et prévoir un ou 2 ventilateurs.L'accueil est très sympa avec plein de conseils de visites.Je recommande.

Maison tout à fait conforme aux photos. Arrivés pour une semaine le 06/09/2025, nous étions 7 adultes dont 4 qui connaissent bien l'Île. Ce fut une belle découverte, la maison est très bien placée pour rayonner partout. Seule petite contrariété, le temps qui n'a pas fait beaucoup d'efforts alors que nous connaissons Oléron avec beaucoup plus de chaleur. Bon accueil et propreté des lieux ok. A recommander sans restrictions !

Séjour parfait à l'Ileau

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! La maison était exactement conforme à l’annonce : propre, bien équipée, agréable à vivre et très calme. Tout est pensé pour le confort, y compris avec un bébé (lit, chaise haute, etc.), ce qui a vraiment facilité notre séjour. Une belle adresse qu’on recommande sans hésiter !

Très bel emplacement au calme

Cela fait 2 fois que nous venons dans cette agréable maison et nous ne manquerons pas d’y retourner ! L’emplacement est idéal proche des pistes cyclables, de l’océan et des commerces..Quand à la maison elle est juste parfaite pour des vacances au calme et superbement bien agencée et décorée. Maison très agréable à vivre

Sympathique maison au calme si ce n’est le bruit de l’océan, ambiance bord de mer. Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille. Le plein pied et les salles d’eau très fonctionnels. Pour se baigner même à marée basse, la plage des sables vigniers est la plus indiquée et l’accès bien aménagé. Un point d’eau extérieur serait un plus pour les retours de plage. Un grand merci à Murielle pour sa bonne humeur, ses bons conseils et son aide précieuse pour notre départ.

1 semaine au top La maison de plein pied est idéale pour un séjour en famille adultes et enfants en bas âge Très très propre ! Bien agencée et bien équipée. La literie est confortable, des oreillers supplémentaires sont prévus; l’espace nuit bien isolé de la pièce de vie notamment la chambre du fond. Bravo aux propriétaires pour la rénovation fonctionnelle et la décoration c’est une réussite on se s’en bien chez vous. Accueil ++ par Murielle qui vous guidera et conseillera Situation idéale entre chassiron et La Cotiniere Proximité d’une plage sauvage (3 min à pied) et Sables Vigniers 5min en vélo Proximité commerces, location vélos (réservez au préalable ou des votre arrivée au camping)

vacances en famille

une semaine familiale très agréable. Nous avons bien profité de l'ile d'oléron qui a bien changé depuis 40 ans. La maison est très agréable bien agencée et au calme dans une impasse.
