Logement à éviter

Logement très sale à l’arrivée. Un vrai bonheur avec deux enfants en bas-âge ! Les précédents locataires, qui n’avaient manifestement pas pris l’option ménage l’ont fait eux mêmes et très mal fait (sanitaires dégoûtants, VMC et douche pleine de moisissure, verre brisé sous le canapé, placards plein de poussière etc…) Et cela n’a pas été vérifié avant notre arrivée par le gestionnaire. Après réclamation, une personne est venue nettoyer uniquement les sanitaires. Nous avons dû rectifier le reste nous-même alors même que nous avons payé 75€ de frais de ménage pour que le logement soit propre pour les prochains locataires. Outre ce désagrément, la literie de la chambre adulte était déplorable avec un matelas complètement déformé, le transat de la terrasse était cassé, le bac à poubelle extérieur dégageait une odeur pestilentielle (bac non vidé à notre arrivée avec des vers à l’intérieur) En bref, Un logement à éviter

Agéable séjour, très calme. Maison à proximité des pistes cyclables et de la plage. Refaite à neuf peinture et mobilier. Parfaite pour 4 personnes pas plus.

Proche mer et calme

Sejour d une semaine en début juillet 24, facile pour un séjour proche de la mer 5min en vélo, piste cyclable derrière la maison pour st george.ideal en velo. Et la place de garer un vehicule dans la cour avec portail.Tout est prévu pour. pièces spacieuses. Literie confortable. manque juste un lave vaisselle et peut etre quelques ustensiles de cuisine, mais rien de grave. Échange simple et détendu avec les personnes qui gèrent le bien. Une semaine qui a été appréciée dans son ensemble.

Propriété au calme avec une belle terrasse tout juste aménagée. Le propriétaire tient compte des avis des voyageurs et fait le nécessaire pour rectifier les points négatifs. Cuisine bien aménagée avec frigo, four, micro onde, plaque de cuisson, grille pain et senséo. Des flyers sont disponibles pour les.diverses activités aux alentours. Jeux de société à disposition également pour les jours de pluie. Belle plage à proximité.

Des vacances bien agréables

La maison est très belle et très bien entretenue. La belle plage de Foulerot accessible très rapidement. Très pratique avec des enfants. Un peu loin des commerces de proximité mais on le savait. Une adresse que je recommande.

Découverte de l'île en famille

La maison était adéquate pour notre séjour en famille. L’emplacement était idéal, situé au calme à quelques pas de la plage et à proximité des magasins locaux. De plus, le propriétaire était très sympathique et serviable. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison de vacances et je recommande vivement cette location à toute personne à la recherche d'un hébergement de qualité pour des vacances inoubliables.

Das Haus liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe eines sehr schönen Strandes. Zudem beginnen gleich beim Haus schöne Fahrradwege (Fahrräder kann man telefonisch bestellen und sich liefern lassen).

Très bon séjour estival à Oleron

La maison récente de construction typique d'Oleron est très bien située . En retrait de routes , et proche de la plage à pied . L'accès à la piste cyclable est à 100 m. Maison Bien équipée. Cependant pas de Wifi ici . Mais pour les vacances ce n'était pas une nécessité pour nous. L'accueil très bien , ainsi que les formalités. Note : pas de climatisation mais nous n'avons pas été gênés par la chaleur dans ce logement. Point aussi très positif : Environnement très calme Le seul reproche que nous notons c'est un ménage pas optimal pour les sanitaires à notre arrivée (douche ,wc notamment ) , réfrigérateur et chambre (quelques miettes des précédents occupants). Vacances hors saison réussies !

Cette maison neuve est parfaitement située ; quartier calme, 5 mn d'une plage bordée par un bois, non loin d'un petit port, à deux coups de pédales de pistes cyclables. Nos vacances en famille ont été orientées sur du tourisme vert, le propriétaire nous a fait bénéficier de -10% sur la location des vélos. Sympa !
