Charming house of over 100m², rated 3 stars, built on a fenced and wooded plot of 618m², located in a quiet area on the west coast of the island (ocean side), between Îleau and Les Sables Vignier, 150m from the beach, 300m from a (seasonal) mini-market, and approximately 5 minutes by car from all the shops and markets of Chéray and Domino, as well as the Port of La Cotinière.
This house, equipped with fiber optic internet, features a large, bright 43m² living area opening onto two terraces facing east and west. It includes a spacious living room combining the lounge and dining area, as well as an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms of 10m² or more, two of which have built-in wardrobes: the first with a queen-size bed (160cm) and television, the second with a double bed (140cm), and the third with two single beds (90cm). There are two bathrooms: - One bathroom with double vanity and shower, separate toilet with child seat. - A second bathroom of approximately 8m² with a large walk-in shower, double vanity, toilet, and washing machine.
At your disposal: an adjoining storage room for bicycles and one outdoor parking space.
The two terraces are furnished, one with garden furniture and the other with a table and eight chairs, a parasol, a barbecue, and sun loungers.
The owners will welcome you on arrival, or you can use the key box for late arrivals. Bed linen and towels can be rented upon request, as well as an optional end-of-stay cleaning service.
You will have access to two televisions and Wi-Fi.
