"“Lost in Beirut is truly a gem in the heart of the city’s most vibrant street. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and always go above and beyond to make every stay special. A special mention to Roy, Charbel, Feryal, Elie and every staff member who are absolute legends—always accommodating and welcoming with genuine care. As an expat, staying here feels like being at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great hospitality, and a true Beirut experience.”"
"Nice property, not too far from the airport. Great value for the price and can use facilities at the sister Smallville hotel located less than a mile away."

"Beautiful design, superb details, and marble finishes. The mattress and bed are top comfort. The staff is friendly. The location is central. The food selection and presentation are good; the only problem it was too salty. Another small issue that surprised me, I was given a price for a taxi ride by the hotel receptionist, but after I took the ride, the taxi driver asked for a higher fee. I informed the hotel about this, asking for clarifications, but they never answered me back. "
