- The house is situated in a small village of the Côte Fleurie, with a living area of approximately 80m2 on a plot of 1000m2 garden with apple trees. It consists of a main room with dining room and kitchen, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet.
The outdoors offers a private and enclosed parking, a 30m2 terrace and a large garden. All in a quiet and relaxing environment.
The village of Saint Gatien woods in the center of 4 major cities in the region (Deauville, Trouville on sea, Honfleur, Pont Bishop) about 8kms each. Also at 1km from the village center with all shops available.
