"Overall this was an ok hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The price was affordable. I will say the breakfast I felt was a little limited for the cost associated with it but it was fresh and good. The room we had the water closet was honestly incredibly small and as someone 6’4” it was difficult with the door closed. They did limit the heat and area conditioning so rooms were a bit stuffy. Location was about 2 longer blocks away from main shops and restaurant area and very short walk to the train station. But in a safe area. Hallways were a bit dark. If you are on a budget and looking to use Toulouse as a base camp to travel to different locations in the area I would say this is a great spot otherwise you many want to expand your search on other options. "

"Unfortunately there was no bar or food for hotel guests available due to a private function the hotel was providing elsewhere. This was disappointing considering hotel cost and also the approach the restaurant staff explaining to hotel guests. "

"Great spacious property both house and grounds perfect for a large family gathering from grandparents to a 5 year plus the family dog. The lovely pool area was fab for chilling during the day and enjoying the sun but plenty of garden or inside space if you fancy some peace and quiet at any time.Hosts were very welcoming and were very helpful both whilst orgainising the trip, and also during our stay.Facilites good whether cooking al fresco on the bbqs both gas and charcoal options available or in the kitchen."
