About this property
Le Mabouya Marin, duplex with large terrace facing the lagoon, beach 50 m'away
- You can fall asleep lulled by the rhythm of the waves and wake up with a 180 ° panoramic sea view on Marie-Galante and the Pointe des Châteaux. The residence has two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults and a direct access to the beach of very famous light grapes in Guadeloupe. At the heart of the seaside town of Saint-François, you can enjoy its marina, its market and its gourmet restaurants, while having immediate access to the unspoilt nature of the Pointe des Châteaux.
The apartment has been completely repainted and its kitchen and bathroom have been redone in October 2017. The appliances have been completely changed, as well as the exotic wood furniture that is new.
