The Old Port Lookout

Residence in front of the sea, in the heart of the village of Saint-François. The blue of the sea as far as the eye can see, all the shops and amenities at a 2 minutes walking distance, and all boat excursions to the islands of Guadeloupe at 50m. Access to the beach at less than 5 minutes' walk and direct access to the old port surf spot across the street.
Apartment with sea view, 60 sqm on the 1st floor (2nd floor for US standards), terrace 10 sqm, can accommodate 2 adults (baby bed on request).
Drinking water tank of 300L(ACS Cistern), equipped kitchen, laundry room (washing machine), air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet.

Great location

This property was in a great location with a short walk to the beach in a very quiet area. However, we felt somethings could have been better inside the unit. For us we felt the bed was very hard and the pillows very uncomfortable. The furniture ( sofa and chair) also very hard. The kitchen was nicely equipped, although the toaster should be replaced. It didn't work. Tvs were the smallest we have ever seen. Overall we probabaly wouldnt stay here again.

Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances. Le logement est spacieux et fonctionnel. Valérie est parfaite ! bons conseils et disponible. Le seul bémol l'accès Internet pas assez clair sur l'annonce. Le forfait disponible ne permet pas de liberté car vraiment trop light. Il faudrait vraiment passer sur un abonnement wifi et augmenter un peu le prix de la location

Très bon accueil de Sandrine et Valérie . Appartement lumineux. Placé face à la mer, proche de la gare maritime et des commerces. Mais très bruyant à certaines heures de la journée. Une réserve d’eau qui fait qu’on ne manque jamais d’eau lorsque des coupures sont programmées, un appartement bien équipé auquel il ne manque que de fauteuils confortables et d’un lit un peu plus large que le 140 proposé, quoi qu’excellent ! Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer d’excellentes vacances ! Et le stationnement n’a jamais été un problème ! Un bon compromis en résumé.

Magnifique appartement vue mer joliment décoré et extrêmement propre ! La vue est magnifique et l on peut se déplacer dans St François sans prendre la voiture !
