"I did not stay at this hotel. I booked and got on the highway. While I was driving there, I received a call from the hotel that all the rooms were booked and there was no room available. No mention of a refund. I had to pull off the highway late at night and call Expedia for help. Luckily, Expedia made it right and I stayed at the Sheraton in Wilmington, which I loved. "
