"Wonderful, pleasant and helpful staff "

"We never got this place that we first reserved. We were asked if we would mind changing to another property because the tenant wanted to overstay their reservation. Trying to be nice, we agreed. But where we ended up had extremely noisy jackhammering and repaving work going on for two days. So, we had to park blocks away from the site. At night, the upstairs tenant noise also kept us awake. Our floors were extremely creaky and the bathroom tub drain was so stopped up that we had to shower up to our ankles in gunk. When we complained to the property manager we were basically told to try to fix it ourselves. Sorry, but I didn't sign up to be your plumber. Then, when checking out, they expected us to empty the trash cans, bring the garbage out to the street, wash the dishes, and wash the towels. If they hadn't provided a nice kitchen and beds, I would rate this stay one star."

"The host was exceptionally fast responding to questions. The house has a great layout with lots of space and seating options for a large group. This is a wonderful location near grocery and restaurants. We much appreciated the baby highchair and pack-n-play."

"I was in town on business and this nice little apartment was perfect. When I arrived, I had some issues with the keypad, and I couldn't get in (user error). I called Tung and they were able to get me in quickly. I really appreciated the responsiveness after a long day of travel. "
