The 100 m² property features a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful open-plan living/dining/kitchen area equipped for all your cooking needs, accommodating up to six guests.
The house is just a 2-minute walk from the Le Flow aquatic center with gym and relaxation area. A children's playground is 4 minutes away on foot. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, and a washing machine. There is a playground nearby. The municipal pool Le Flow is easily accessible from the property.
