Nice accommodation in a beautiful location

The apartment is pleasantly furnished: pretty and practical in equal measure. The kitchen is very well equipped. The rooms are a good size. One night it was noisy because neighbors were partying, otherwise it was always pleasantly quiet. We found it a bit awkward to communicate via the portal, but direct communication with the host was very good and friendly. There are several fans, which we like for environmental reasons. In the middle of summer, however, it gets very hot in the apartment. A mosquito screen on the windows would be appreciated as ventilation at night is important to keep the temperature down to a bearable level. We really enjoyed our stay!

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, grosszügige Zimmer. Es ist ruhig gelegen und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderbar. Check-In, Check-Out problemlos, gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.Am Anfang hatten wir auf dem Balkon mit vielen kleinen Ameisen zu kämpfen. Nachdem wir Spray gegen Ameisen gekauft hatten, konnten wir das Problem lösen. Der Pool zweckmässig aber nicht schön gelegen und ausgestattet. Darum haben wir ihn auch nicht benutzt. Die Distanzen stimmen nicht. Saint Florent mit seinen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Zitadella sind in ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar (nicht zu Fuss,wie angegeben). Das würde ich in der Ausschreibung anpassen. Ein Auto ist unerlässlich. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, war das für uns aber kein Problem. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Eine schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die neue Klimaanlage war leider schon am zweiten Tag defekt, die Vermieterin bemühte sich jedoch umgehend um die Reparatur. Insgesamt ist es eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir weiterempfehlen können.

Très belle vue mais très chaud !

Cet appartement est bien situé à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de St Florent La vue est magnifique identique à toutes les résidences aux alentours toutes tournées vers le golf. Nous avons eu hélas beaucoup trop chaud dans cet appartement sans climatisation malgré les 2 terrasses au nord et au sud. Petit bémol, il n'y a pas de parking et très difficile de trouver une place en haute saison .dans la rue à ses udifficeC'estpleprintemps

Un séjour très agréable et une vue inoubliable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé. La vue sur le golf de St Florent est magnifique avec de superbes couchers de soleil. Une proposition d’amélioration : la climatisation serait la bienvenue pour supporter les fortes chaleurs, et surtout permettre de bien dormir. A noter que nous avons subi la canicule cette semaine.

La paix et la beauté

L’endroit est magnifique. Nous y sommes restés 6 nuits. On ne se fatigue pas de la vue et du chant des oiseaux et des couchers de soleil différents à chaque soir. L’environnement et le voisinage est silencieux et paisible. St-Florent est tout près sans être dans la cohue du centre ville. Le stationnement est facile. Le lit est très confortable. Il ne manque rien et le WiFi fonctionne très bien. L’aération se fait très bien et la fraîcheur reste dans l’appartement même s’il n’y a pas de climatisation. Ce n’est vraiment pas un problème. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous très rapidement. Nous conseillons l’emplacement et nous y reviendrons.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Unterkunft (auch im August)

Wir waren im August 2022 hier mit unseren beiden Kinder. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Der Blick auf die Bucht von St.Florent ist fantastisch. Von dort haben wir zahlreiche Ausflüge in der Umgebung gemacht. Gerne wieder! Anna

Séjour inoubliable dans ce bel appartement

Appartement avec une belle décoration bord de mer, très bien équipé. Il y a même un fond de cuisine. Mais ce qui prime sur tout, c'est la terrasse avec vue sur le golfe de saint Florent et son magnifique coucher de soleil. Nous avons trouvé une plage de sable en descendant tout droit et en allant vers le droite (à côté d'un club nautique). Dans la petite chambre avec lits tiroirs, il est préférable de faire coucher des enfants. Cet appartement est bien prévu pour une famille de 4 personnes. Je le recommande vivement !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Elle est conforme à la description de l’annonce. Les lieux sont très reposants avec une belle végétation. Les deux terrasses sont complémentaires et très agréables. La maison est bien équipée et tout fonctionnait lors de notre passage. Nous recommandons pour une famille de 4 personnes avec enfants. La piscine est également un plus.

Très agréable séjour !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille dans cette location. L'environnement est très beau, très fleuri, et très calme. Nous avons profité de la petite terrasse devant, à l'ombre dès l'après-midi et de la terrasse à l'arrière, à l'ombre le matin. D'ici, la vue sur la mer est sensationnelle, les couchers de soleil sublimes. L'appartement est très clair, on peut avoir facilement de l'air, l'organisation des pièces est bonne (la chambre parentale a vue sur mer!), il est très bien équipé. Nos fils ont profité de la piscine commune, sinon nous avons varié les plages. L'accueil par Letizia a été sympathique et la communication facile. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

Un excellent séjour estival dans cette agréable location

Tout concourt à passer un excellent séjour dans cet agréable appartement, où nous avons passé 2 semaines. d'Août 2020 Une immédiate ambiance de vacances par sa décoration, résolument marine, sa position, dans une résidence récente, légèrement en hauteur à l’Est du golfe de Saint-Florent qu’une grande terrasse permet d’embrasser. Tout est neuf, impeccable, confortable et bien équipé : jolie vaisselle, électroménager performant, espaces extérieurs aménagés. Notre première semaine coïncidait avec une période de forte chaleur, les ventilateurs et la double exposition permettent une bonne aération -les nuits restent agréables, même sans ventilateur. Boulangerie et commerce de produits locaux (+ quelques produits de première nécessité) à quelques minutes en voiture -oui, petit bémol, la voiture est quasi indispensable. La région est riche en découvertes et activités. A proximité une plage tranquille, à moins de 10 minutes à pieds, est un véritable atout pour « souffler » entre deux randonnées. Nous tenons à remercier Mme Castran pour son accueil et d’avoir grandement facilité notre arrivée.

Superbe appartement avec une vue magnifique sur le golf de St-Florent. Il est bien situé, à 5 minutes du centre. Bien équipé, conforme à la description. Prima appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Keurig appartement van attente Italiaanse gastvrouw ,schoon, mooi uitzicht, op de heuvel, gemeenschappelijk zwembad 1.50 m diep op 50 m van appartement, strand niet echt op loopafstand, St florent is 2 km rijden met de auto maar wel een levendig dorpje met voldoende restaurants en bars en verschillende prijsklassen. Boothuren tijdig reserveren in hoogseizoen evenals quadrijden etc. Met een grote boot naar Lotu of Saleccia beach is leuke activiteit. Lambada strand is ook aanrader.
