Tout était très propre (voire neuf pour la plupart des équipements). L'agencement des pièces était parfaitement organisé et fonctionnel. La vue est exceptionnelle et il faut ABSOLUMENT préciser qu'on entend le bruit de la mer alors qu'on est à environ 1km à vol d'oiseau de la belle page de La Roya ! Le linge de lit était déjà installé à mon arrivée et la propriétaire s’est montrée particulièrement disponible pour mon accueil et mon départ : merci pour ce formidable séjour si dépaysant !

Sehr schöner Ausblick aber im Winter nicht zu empfehlen

Das Appartement ist mit den wesentlich erforderlichen Dingen ausreichend ausgestattet und funktional eingerichtet, allerdings an einigen Stellen etwas beengt (Durchgang Küche, Bad). Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und es verlief alles reibungslos. Wir haben in dem Bett sehr gut geschlafen. Sehr gestört hat uns, dass an mehreren Stellen in der Wohnung Schimmel sichtbar war. Auch liess sich die Wohnung nicht gut beheizen und war sehr kalt, auch wegen des Fliessenbodes. Es war durchgängig ein feuchtes, unangenehmes Klima in der Wohnung trotz regelmässigem Lüften, einer Klimaanlage und einem kleinen Heizkörper im Schlafzimmer. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief schlecht ab und man stand ständig im Wasser und es drohte eine Überschwemmung im Bad. Im Winter würden wir die Wohnung nicht empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le magnifique appartement de Mr et Mme Costa : la vue panoramique sur la baie de St-Florent est encore pus belle que sur les photos. Très bon relationnel avec les propriétaires, un grand merci à eux ! Très pratique, il y a un supermarché à deux kilomètres (E.Leclerc) avec d'excellents produits locaux. Nous avons profité des superbes plages du Lotu et de Saleccia et nous avons randonné autour des Agriates, tout est beau, très bon accueil des Corses.

Angenehme tolle Wohnung mit sehr schöner Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Gute Grösse, angenehme Übernahme und Übergabe der Wohnung, alles da, was es benötigt. Die Terasse ist super, tolle Sicht auf das Meer vor Saint Florent, Saint Florent zu Fuss erreichbar. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Gegend oder am Cap Corse.... Sehr zu empfehlen.

Un appartement idéalement situé en hauteur face à la mer et un regard vers st Florent. Tout le confort y est . Quelques marques d’attention de décoration Noël…qui font chaud! De bonnes prestations et un très bon relationnel avec la propriétaire qui a su prendre de son temps pour échanger . Tout y était pour passer d’agréables fêtes de fin d’année. Magnifique vue sur le Golfe de Saint Florent.

Accueil sympathique de Noémie qui nous avait proposé de prendre le gîte avant midi. L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé, lumineux, au calme. Bien situé pour découvrir le Cap Corse, mais aussi Saint Florent et la plage de la Roya à proximité. Le "plus" de l'appartement : sa terrasse bien exposée ou nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners et repas, sans se lasser de cette vue magnifique sur le golfe. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à St Florent et ses alentours. L'appartement est parfait " calme, fonctionnel, très propre avec une terrasse disposant d'une vue magnifique.
