  • Located in a private residence with permanent caretaker, the apartment is on the first floor and is on 2 levels: living room, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, normal oven and microwave, 2 balconies, upstairs 1 double bedroom with sink and 1 triple bedroom , 1 bathroom with tub-shower, sink and washing machine, 1 separate toilet. Direct access to the beach. Private parking. Very quiet environment and large shared garden very suitable for families with children. .The town can be reached on foot (5 minutes).Pets not allowed. No smoking inside. Berth available in the residence's private marina at a cost of 180 euros per week. Linen not supplied, it can be rented on site at a cost of 75 euros per week.
