Holiday Home 'Les Sassiers' with Lake View, Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi
Located in Saint-Firmin-sur-Loire, this charming 62 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You benefit from private Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine for your comfort. This self-catering tourist accommodation offers self check-in and a beautiful view of the pond and surrounding countryside. This small house, adjoining the owners' home, faces a pond in front of the estate's orchard, offering all the charm of the countryside and its local wildlife, ideal for peaceful walks.
Enjoy your private garden as well as the uncovered shared terrace to relax in a rural atmosphere and observe nature. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Cats and small dogs are allowed during your stay. Events are not permitted and smoking is prohibited throughout the house.
