"We were very impressed with the Hotel Sans Val'Eau, a nice spacious chalet next to the pond, an ideal place to relax with our dog after a long days travelling. The chalet was very spacious with a very big bathroom, there was a spa bath on the balcony, a nice touch but I think this is extra and we did not use it. There was a very usable kitchenette, good air conditioning and wi-fi, everything you would need for to base yourselves for a week. We unfortunately were on a tighter schedule so only...

"Good stay overall. We stayed for a couple of nights in the family room #10. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. The bedroom is made of 2 rooms. The main one includes the double bed and the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The second room has 2 single beds and a separate toilet. Both rooms have a balcony, TV’s and wardrobes. "I have to make a compain to expedia,o arrival at 8 in the evening ,i found out at the reception that we were not booked through expedia even though we did so 2 days prior ,we were standind there with my disabled wife trying to find out why ,thank god there was a room available and we checked in ,what if not? After a long drive it was the last thing we wanted ,i expect expedia to give us an explanation, and what are they going to do about it ,awaiting a quick response "

We did not take advantage of the spa, although the treatments on offer seemed good (and I was tempted by the back massage). The dinner was great. "A very cheerful, friendly place, family-run. They say their kitchen is open all day, and I got a good lunch at 3.30pm - most places I would have been waiting till 7. Breakfast is good, too "
