Quiet central location

Whilst being in centre of St Etienne, the hotel was very quiet for Friday and Saturday nights. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Rooms are compact but for the few days we were there OK for us. Reception staff all very helpful

The people at reception were helpful. The hotel is right in the town center, a beautiful town square with lots of cafes and restaurants. The one thing that concerned me was no smoke alarms and the room did didn't lock and they only give you one key. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

We had two rooms here and when we arrived after a late dinner around 11:30 pm no one was there. No reception resulted in a total loss and forced us to rent another hotel. Id like a full refund.

Beware

It was not was was advertised. It looked and felt like a prison cell. No air conditioning. The picture they use in advertising the hotel looks very pleasant and is not indicative of what it is insitue.

Horrible on n’as réserver une chambre supérieur on nous a donner une chambre banal une odeur dans la chambre pas terrible sans la machine a café obligé de la demander a accueille on n’as demander un changement de chambre car j’ai payé pour une chambre supererieur on nous a dit qu’il pouvais rien faire comme quoi hôtel et et complet je le recommande à personne cette hôtel en aucun cas cette hôtel mérite deux étoile

Attention aux horaires de la reception, a 3 mn pres la porte est fermée et l'employee bien que présente ne vous répond pas. Chambre très petite on ne se croise pas a deux a l'entree de la chambre. C'es propre mais sans plus, une grande renovation ne serait pas un luxe. Les photos sont trompeuses. seul l'emplacement est ideal.
