No opposite, no noise pollution will disturb you since the accommodation is located on a path that ends on the GR hiking trails. Close to shops and sites to visit, this charming recent chalet is comfortable with a capacity of 7 people, open kitchen, 138 cm TV, free wifi, you have 2 bedrooms, 2 beds of 160 times 200cm and a 2-seater sofa bed. Possibility of fitting 1 mattress for 1 additional person. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 sink. Reversible air conditioning by heat pump Cold/Heat included. Private parking for 2 cars next to the chalet. The good exposure of the western chalet on the Sancy will give you wonderful sunsets. In summer, hiking awaits you with the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne as well as swimming at Lake Chambon located 7 km away. In winter, the Super Besse ski resort 20 minutes away will welcome you to indulge in skiing, sledging, snowshoeing. Animal welcome (enclosed ground) without surplus. Serenity and calm are among the assets of this chalet with a good exposure. Rental from Saturday to Saturday, possibility of rental only on weekends Saturday - Sunday.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte très fonctionnel, très propre avec toute le nécessaire à disposition. C'était parfait. L'emplacement est idéal c'est très calme avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Les pistes de ski sont à 30min ainsi que beaucoup de belles randonnées non loin de l'emplacement sans faire des heures de voiture. Le gîte est vraiment à proximité de tout et de tout commerce. Thierry est d'une gentillesse et d'une bienveillance extrême. Nous le remercions pour son accueil ainsi que sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir. Nos deux malamutes étaient heureux de voir la neige et d'avoir un jardin clôturé pour faire la sieste après nos longues randonnées quotidiennes. Encore merci pour votre accueil chaleureux.

Calme et agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet agréable à vivre et spacieux. Il ne manque rien en nécessaire et il y a suffisamment de meuble pour tout ranger. L'hôte est accueillant et sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande ce logement
