We welcome you to our charming T4 "Le Diva***", located in Saint-Denis. This apartment is ideally situated for a family stay or a trip with friends.

Appartement très bien placé

L'appartement est spacieux. Il a des commodités pour faire la cuisine, la vaisselle, la lessive. Les chambres sont assez insonorisées et une est très grande avec un dressing très appréciable, une avec une salle d'eau , pratique. Nous avons aimé deux WC : un en bas avec le lavabo, un à l'étage, tous deux indépendants. La véranda était appréciable. Le nombre de sièges : chaises longues, canapé, chaises de salle à manger était agréable. Et c'était bien de pouvoir lire autant que nous le souhaitions même s'il aurait fallu rester plus longtemps pour pouvoir tout lire. Bien sûr, l'emplacement dans le centre ville nous a plu et malgré la circulation, nous n'avons rien entendu dehors car l'appartement est côté cour. C'est très calme. Nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur car nous avons un peu mis la clim dans la salle à manger et dans les chambres de façon à rafraîchir quelques instants les pièces. Nous reviendrons volontiers et encourageons d'autres hôtes à venir y séjourner à plusieurs. Ce qui nous a gênés, c'est que nous étions réveillés par le jour le matin et donc nous ne pouvions pas dormir aussi tard que nous le désirions mais nous nous sommes tout de même habitués aux stores et nous avons pu profiter ainsi de nos journées. Et ce que nous avons trouvé dommage c'est de n'avoir pas pu faire un bain à cause de la bombe qui ne fermait pas. Mais nous nous sommes dit que c'était sans doute pour ne pas trop consommer et c'est pourquoi nous avons décidé de ne pas acheter de ventouse pour pouvoir en faire un. Par ailleurs, monter l'escalier à pied dans le petit immeuble nous a permis de faire de l'exercice et ne nous a pas dérangés. Mais ces désagréments ne nous ont pas dérangés.
