Weekend avec adaptation

Weekend avec petits-enfants Etablissement choisi car PISCINE COUVERTE et piscine extérieure. Avant de réserver, car réservation non annulable, j'ai pris la peine de téléphoner à la centrale pour savoir si la piscine était chauffée et en activité. L'interlocuteur m'a donné après deux minutes d'attente une réponse positive. De même , les serviettes et les draps étaient fournis. Donc j'ai réservé. Quelle ne fût pas la surprise à l'arrivée à 16h (comme spécifié sur les info). Les gérants très sympathiques nous ont annoncé que la piscine était fermée jusqu'à avril et que les draps et serviettes étaient en supplément! Déception . Après vérification sur le site, c'est bien des mauvaises informations. Les gérants nous ont offert les draps serviettes et pour la piscine nous avons changé notre emploi du temps du weekend. Il fallait bien rebondir... j'ai essayé de joindre votre plateforme mais en vain. J'ignore ce que vous auriez pu décider, vu le peu d'établissements disponibles...Il n'y avait que le Novotel . MERCI DE RECTIFIER ces fausses informations et de contacter le propriétaire. Ce n'est pas les gérants qui sont en cause mais le propriétaire des lieux qui ne gère pas ses annonces publicitaires. Il serait bien que les gérants puissent joindre les clients avant leur arrivée. J'avais un téléphone mais messagerie . C'est un peu déroutant.

Attention ce n'est pas une prestation hôtelière

Chalet assez vaste, idéal pour des vacances en famille, MAIS : Ayant réservé 2 nuits via hôtel.com je m'attendais à une prestation hôtelière. Draps non fournis (donc on fait son lit, mais on était prévenus) Pas de linge de toilette (alors que le site précise "fourni") Aucun produit de toilette, torchon, tapis de douche, éponge, produit vaisselle... Choses que l'on trouve dans l'apparthotel le plus simple. Heureusement que la veille on reçoit un mail proposant des kits complémentaires à 5€ et 10€ par personne, mettant en évidence ce qui n'est pas fourni. L'idéal serait d'être prevenus dès la réservation, afin d'eventuellement orienter son choix différemment. En résumé : pas adapté pour 2 nuits de passage lorsque l'on recherche une prestation hôtelière, mais sûrement très bien en famille pour une location de vacances. Jeune femme de l'accueil très agréable.
