Les Amarres belle maison 1.5km de la plage

Large and beautiful house (160m²) in a residential area of Saint Denis. Very quiet, with a closed garden of 1000m². Half opened kitchen, fully equiped, a nice lounge and dining space. 1 bedroom for children with 3 simple beds, 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of them includes a private bathroom. The last bedroom has 3 twin beds with a private bathroom and can thus be accomodated differently if needed. Beds and materesses are new and very good quality. Finally, you'll find a laundry with washing machine and a dryer. This space can also store surfers' swimsuits. The sea is less than 10mn away by bike, the city center of Saint Denis is less than 1 km far from the house, which will allow you to minimize you travels by car and enjoy the Oleron fresh air. Internet connection ok, chimney can be used under special conditions, bedlinen not included, available in option.

Très belle maison avec tout le confort ,un beau jardin et un cadre fort agréable dans un quartier tranquille. Le village n'est pas loin et accessible à pied . On peut y faire le marché tous les jours de la semaine. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine.

Maison très bien agencée. Équipements de très bonne qualité. Jardin très agréable. Située dans un quartier résidentiel et proche des commerces. Salle de bain à rénover. Au moins 2 bains de soleil pourraient être ajouter en extérieur.

Quartier calme. Maison idéalement placée. Proche du centre de St Denis et à 15 mns de la plage en vélo. Maison lumineuse et très fonctionnelle. Électroménager et ustensiles de qualité. Bonne literie. Jardin très agréable. Douche et sdb à "raffraichir". Problème évacuation de l'eau dans la douche. Propreté à minima (insectes morts sur les etagères/rebords de fenêtres, dans les coins de pièces, nappe SaM tachée et collante, miettes retrouvées sur plan de travail cuisine, réfrigérateur non nettoyé).

Maison familiale préservant l’indépendance de chacun.

Avec deux enfants de moins de 5 ans, Les plages de proximité ont représenté l’essentiel de nos sorties . Les jeux de ballons dans le jardin ont ravi les enfants et les grands. Les repas sur la terrasse le midi sans craindre la chaleur, ont été très appréciés.

Séjour ressourçant et découvertes

Nous avons passé deux belles semaines dans cette maison très bien aménagée. Les lits sont très confortables et la cuisine très bien équipée. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé la table de ping pong et il y a de nombreux jeux de société et livres disponibles. Les commerces de la ville sont accessibles en quelques minutes à pied et nous nous sommes régalés des produits du marché qui a lieu tous les matins. Le port et la plage de la Boirie sont accessibles en une dizaine de minutes à vélo et si l’on veut faire des excursions un peu plus longues, le vélo est une très bonne option pour aller au phare de Chassiron ou à la plage des Huttes et ses belles vagues.

Un séjour impeccable

Une superbe surprise au niveau région et climat. Emplacement idéale , calme et reposant. Maison spacieuse, fonctionnelle et moderne. 4 grandes chambres indépendantes vraiment le top! Coin jardin paisible avec transats et table de ping-pong. L' Océan à proximité en vélo (moins de 10 min). Merci beaucoup !
