Maison agréable, confortable, bien équipée, dotée d'un grand jardin avec partie ombragée. Le gîte est idéalement situé, à la campagne, isolé et en même temps à 6 mn de St Denis et de son marché. La communication avec notre hôte a été fluide, l'arrivée et le départ simplifié. Une bonne expérience.

Villa in St Denis d’Oleron

Ruime villa met tuin aan de rand van het dorp met op wandelafstand een bakker, supermarkt en de markt. Internet is op de plaatsen waar wij geweest zijn op Ile d’Oleron niet erg krachtig jammer genoeg geen WiFi.(was vooraf bekend) communicatie met de eigenaar ging erg vlot reageerde direct. Een heerlijke 2 weken hier doorgebracht en genoten van de rust en stilte.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht, in der eine reichliche Ausstattung vorhanden war. Das Haus steht in einem großen Garten mit eigener Zufahrt und Tor, was zum sonnenbaden und spielen einläd. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nicht weit von Ortszentrum entfernt. Man kann sich in der Unterkunft gut erholen, wir würden sie wieder buchen.

rien ne manque dans cette maison.Plein pied très agréable pour les personnes agées .Chambres spacieuses, cuisine très bien équipée, grand jardin et grand emplacement pour les voitures et surtout grand calme grâce à sa position.De plus le temps était de la partie(pas un jour de pluie).Les salades et les figues un vrai régal!! Dommage nous avons eu des problèmes familiaux , avons dû quitter 3 jours plus tôt et n'avons pas pu rencontrer les propriétaires.

Nous n'avons jamais occupé une résidence aussi bien équipée.Nous étions 7 et nous étions parfaitement à l'aise et indépendants. Il ne manque rien pour faciliter le quotidien, les literies sont très confortables, le jardin accueillant et parfaitement au calme. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und man hat reichlich Platz. Der riesige Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet viel Platz zum Sonnen oder auch Relaxen im Schatten eines Baumes. Es ist soviel Platz und Freiraum auf dem Grundstück, dass unser 4jähriger Sohn sogar seine frisch erlernten Fahrradfahrkünste vertiefen konnte. Die Terrasse hat eine Markise, so dass man dort auch immer Schatten haben kann. Zum Bäcker und zum Markt sind es etwa zehn Minuten Fußweg. Zum Hafen (Restaurants, Läden, abendlicher Treffpunkt der Bevölkerung und Touris) läuft man etwa 15-20 Minuten. Dort befindet sich auch der nächstgelegene Strand. Super zum Baden, flach abfallend, also auch gut für Kinder. Bei Ebbe kann man ein paar hundert Meter weiter durch die Felsen laufen und nach Muscheln, Krebsen und allerlei Getier suchen. Einige Strände sind im Hochsommer für Hunde gesperrt. Im Juni, also vor den französischen Sommerferien, wird das allerdings noch nicht so eng gesehen. Fazit: TOP Haus mit schönem Grundstück und guter Lage, wenn man bereit ist, ein paar Meter zu laufen. Mit Kindern zum Strand sollte man allerdings entweder einen Bollerwagen haben, oder auf das Auto zurückgreifen, sonst könnte es doch etwas weit sein. Uns hat es super gefallen. Wir waren schon mehrfach auf der Insel und finden es einfach traumhaft schön dort. Dieses Haus hatten wir zum ersten Mal und haben nichts zu beanstanden. Wen es nicht stört, ein paar hundert Meter vom Meer weg zu wohnen, dem bietet dieses Haus viel Platz, Gemütlichkeit und einen riesigen Garten zum Entspannen, aber auch Federball- oder Fußballspielen mit Kindern. Zudem ist das Grundstück so angelegt, dass man vor neugierigen Blicken weitestgehend geschützt ist. Very nice place to be. The house is in very good shape. We are two adults and three kids and we didn't miss any inventory. The garden has much space to relax in the sun or shadow, as well kids can run around and play or discover. Walking to the harbor with its restaurants and shops lasts about 15-20 minutes, also to the beach. A bakery and the market is about 10 minutes away by foot. We had a very pleasant stay and can really recommend this house espacially to familys with children. Merci chère famille Aubertie. Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable. Un endroit calme pour se ressourcer. Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans un gîte très propre et bien confortable où il ne manquait rien. Le jardin est également très appréciable avec des animaux Tout est bien équipé et conçu pour que les locataires s’y sentent chez eux. Belle propriété dans un havre de paix

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location : environnement très calme, beau et grand jardin, maison spacieuse offrant toutes les commodités nécessaires. Par ailleurs, tout en étant située hors du centre du village, les commerces de Saint-Denis ne sont pas très loin et il est aisé d'y accéder en vélo et même à pied. Nous y avons vraiment passé un très beau séjour !

Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil et pour la location qu'ils nous ont proposée. L'île d'Oléron est un coin très agréable pour se balader. Le calme à la campagne avec la mer à proximité

Cette maison est au calme, à la campagne , avec toutes les commodités à deux pas. La plage des Huttes est très agréable pour les ballades sur le sable, au mois de Mars il n'y a personne et nous avons pu faire profiter de longues ballades à nos deux chiens avec en plus du soleil. Le terrain de la maison est clos est bien entretenu. La maison est conforme au descriptif. Il y a un marché Samedi , Mardi ,Jeudi mais pas beaucoup d'étal juste poissons fruits de mer. A Saint Denis on retrouve boulangerie, épicerie... Séjour très agréable.
