    The accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning, and a private uncovered terrace—ideal for dining or relaxing outdoors. The rental is part of the owner's house: the studio is connected to the main home but separated by a garage, ensuring your privacy while the hosts remain available if needed. The property is fenced and secure, with free on-site parking spacious enough for a boat trailer—an advantage for boating lovers.
