Bon emplacement, appartement trop basique
Les points positifs de cet endroit sont la proximité de la plage et le parking privé avec des portes verrouillées. C'est l'appartement lui-même qui laisse à désirer. L’equipement fourni est minimal et de quality médiocre. La cuisine et la salle de bain doivent être rénovées et l'ensemble de l'appartement doit être rafraîchi et redécoré. Les places de parking étaient tres étroites et l'accès entre l'avant et l'arrière très étroit.
