The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, this air-conditioned flat less than a kilometre from the beach, with a surface area of 23 m² and can accommodate 2 adult travellers as well as 2 children. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette and a shower room (with shower). Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A cabin area with a bunk bed (2 beds suitable for children)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A 6 m² east-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer (in the Lecques district), in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

This place is in an excellent location- clean, near the beach and town centre. The kitchen is well-equipped. Great to have parking and Wifi.The apartment is great value. We also loved St Cyr Sur Mer. Highly recommend! Pictures were helpful to find the apartment - but having the building number and apartment number would make things absolutely clear. We weren’t sure which building was opposite the car park. This is a small point and doesn’t detract from this being a great place to stay. Thank you
